Peace For Animals, a group set up by Kerry and John has now launched it's website. In their own words, "Peace for Animals aim to bring peace to places of suffering and conflict through meditation and healing techniques.

We also aim to bring attention to the suffering of innocent lives through education."

An event held in Oxford last year started with meditations and then moved on to a powerful silent procession through the centre of Oxford to the new Primate Laboratory where there was sending of prayers and healing. There was also an inspiring visualisation during meditation focusing on the building not being used as a place of suffering and death and the eventual end to all vivisection. This is very effective not only as a spiritual endeavour but is startlingly different from the demonstrations that usually take place there so it has a large impact as a result. If you are not usually a person that likes to attend demonstrations, maybe you feel they are a little confrontational, then this is one for you. Future events may even take place well away from sites of torture, in peaceful surroundings, so as to develop a real sense of calm and increase the power of prayer and healing.
